A parent-run family workshop
North Pole Nation is for adults age 18 or older who are a child’s parent or legal guardian. Adults create and operate accounts, provide family details and approve scripts. Children may enjoy the finished messages and printed activities with their families; they must not create accounts or submit information themselves.
What the membership includes
The North Pole Pass is $20 USD per month and adds two Standard Santa Corky video credits after each successfully paid billing month. It also includes the available family activities and keepsake tools shown in the portal. This is an automatically renewing subscription, not a one-time $20 purchase. Any applicable tax must be displayed before payment.
Messages and your approval
Standard messages are AI-generated digital Santa Corky messages, created using the details and script you approve. They are reviewed before delivery. AI results can vary, including pronunciation, movement and voice. A Santa Corky Original is separately arranged and personally recorded; it is not included in these credits. Premium is a preview and is not available to buy during this initial release.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel future renewals online in Membership through the billing portal, without contacting support first. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel and resolve open billing or video processing before requesting account deletion.
Credits, delivery and concerns
The Membership Policy explains pilot delivery timing, monthly and extra credits, failed requests and refund reviews. Read it before subscribing. Report a delivered message that is not right through its private-library report control or support@santacorky.com.
Safe, respectful use
Provide only the details needed for the message. Do not submit addresses, school names, medical information, precise locations, payment-card information, or a child’s photos or voice recordings. Do not use the service for bullying, threats, harmful content, impersonation, or content you do not have permission to provide. We may stop unsafe requests.
Your family’s content
You permit the service and the providers described in the Privacy Notice to process the details and approved script needed to create, review, store and deliver your request. Downloaded messages and printables are for your family’s personal use. This does not grant commercial rights to Santa Corky’s identity or underlying service assets.
Problems and changes
Contact support@santacorky.com for billing, delivery, privacy or accessibility help. Refund requests are reviewed individually and applicable consumer rights remain intact. Material pricing or policy changes will be communicated before they apply; a new price will not be silently charged under this version.
