Family privacy notice

Who this service is for
North Pole Nation is operated by adults for their families. Only a parent or legal guardian age 18 or older may create and use an account or enter family details. Children may watch completed messages or use printed activities with their family; they should not submit information or contact us through the service themselves.
Information you provide
We process the parent’s account email, chosen password as a password hash, account and billing state, family profile details, approved scripts, generated keepsakes, video requests and support reports. Family details can include a child’s first name or nickname, age, pronunciation, interests, wishes and a moment to celebrate. Use only details needed for the message. Do not enter addresses, school names, medical details, precise locations, card numbers, or a child’s photo or voice recording.
What we use it for
We use account information to authenticate you, verify email, recover access and administer membership. Family details and scripts support the creations you request. Video requests and relevant details are available to the workshop operator for fulfillment and quality review. Support reports help us resolve concerns. We record the policy version and affirmative subscription consent associated with a request.
The providers involved
Vercel hosts the application; Supabase stores private application data and video objects; Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions; SendGrid sends account and delivery emails; Higgsfield processes the approved video prompt and generation references to create the requested message. A payment card is entered directly in Stripe’s checkout. These providers process information under their applicable agreements and privacy terms.
Video processing and model improvement
The approved prompt, including the family details needed in it, is sent to our video-generation provider. Higgsfield’s published policy permits some processing of prompts and outputs for service or model improvement. We have not verified an account-specific contractual no-training exclusion and do not promise one. Do not submit sensitive family information.
Private access and security
Family tools and completed recordings are accessed through authenticated accounts. Video playback uses short-lived access tickets and is not a public family gallery. Session cookies keep you signed in, and hosting, security and request logs support operation and abuse prevention. No system is guaranteed secure; keep your password private and report unexpected access.
Review, export and deletion
You can review family details in the portal and download the account-data export in Membership. That export is a structured account summary; it does not bundle every MP4. Download finished videos separately from the library. Account deletion removes the active family record and queues private video-object deletion where applicable. Processing jobs and unresolved billing may need to finish first. Contact support@santacorky.com if you cannot complete a request in the portal.
Retention and provider copies
Account and family content, including saved requests and recordings, stays in your account until you request deletion; canceling membership alone does not delete it. Backups, security, payment, legal or dispute records may be retained separately for their necessary purposes. Deleting our account does not automatically erase a payment provider’s required financial records or every provider-held copy. Provider retention and any already completed model training are subject to the applicable provider terms; we do not promise immediate deletion everywhere.
